Rental Conditions:
Drivers must 25 years or older and provide a valid Omani or International Driver’s License.
Comprehensive insurance (CDW) for Oman is included. Not insured are: tire damage, chassis damage, damage to glass & outside mirrors, clutch failure.
In case of accident/ damage/ theft, a waiver excess fee of 300 OMR is to be borne by the Renter.
In case of accident or theft, the police must be informed immediately. The original police report must be provided to Al-Reem Rent-a-Car at all times.
The Renter is responsible to pay any traffic fines/parking fines if occurred during the rental period.
Recovery charges for 4-wheel drive rental cars stuck or damaged in the desert/offroad are to be paid by the Renter. Please note that offroad/desert driving is at your own risk. Saloon cars are to be driven on tarmac roads only.
The rental car is delivered with a full petrol tank, the Renter is responsible to return it with a full petrol tank.
Rental car payment and additional charges are to be borne by the Renter upon delivery of the car. Payment is in cash only, in OMR.
